1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NETDAE (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Marketplace

NETDAE is a marketplace connecting publishers and advertisers. We are not a party to the editorial agreement between users; we facilitate discovery, payment, and dispute resolution.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
No manipulation of metrics, fake traffic, or PBNs marketed as editorial sites.
No scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized access.

5. Payments & refunds

Funds are held in escrow until placement is verified. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant NETDAE a license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
